Your best defense against Sister Madeline (especially in the starting building) is to know the area. If you know the area well, she will have a hard time catching you so long as you don't accidentally run into her (hey, it happens). Anyway, this page is all about exploring the starting building and looking through each room. My main goal here is to take you on a tour of the starting house so you'll know all the in's and out's of the each room and how to escape if needed. The most dangerous rooms in the starting building are the Altar Room (room where Sister Madeline starts) and both pathways outside the front doors. The Altar Room has no escape except for the entrance and the outside pathways are both narrow and have no way to escape from the other end.NOTE: Rooms that are unlocked with a key in later chapters are not discussed on this page. This page is all about the default areas that you can explore.South Side of the BuildingThe room that you start out in is called “The Detention Room” and let’s pretend that this is on the south side of the building. You’ll start in this room by default every time that you start a new game or get caught by Sister Madeline. For direction purposes, let’s pretend that this room is on the South side of the house. The room has a vent cover along the left side that can be open. The air duct leads to the outside hallway. Along with the vent, this room has two exits. Step out of the room and you’ll be in a hallway.Down the corridor and to the right will lead you to the room where Sister Madeline spawns at the start of each playthrough – theMy JSP 'main.jsp' starting page
