Hello Jose Augusto,There are several things that you can do to detect and remove malware such as the eGroup dialer. First off I would recommend that you download Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy . Configure and run them according to the the Ad-Aware Tutorial and Spybot S&D Tutorial . If you have any questions on running these programs, or what to delete, post right back here.Note: Keep these programs on your computer and run them on a regular basis. (I do it twice a week.)Next I would go to www.trendmicro.com , and then:1. Click "Free Online Scan".2. Click "Scan now, it's free".It'll take a few minutes to download (especially with a dialup connection), so be patient. When it's done:1. Select all available drives.2. Check(tick) "Auto Clean".3. Click "Scan ".When it completes, post back the full filename of any files that cannot be cleaned or deleted.If the dialer is still president after following the above steps, I would recommend:Download HijackThis from: Here , then follow these instructions:Create a folder on the root drive, (Usually C:\), called C:\HJT HijackThis will create a backup file to use if a restore is necessary, so please DO NOT run HijackThis from a temporary location or your desktop.1. Your desktop. Double-click on the HijackThis Installer icon on your desktop. (Vista and Win 7 right click and run as admin) By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis . Click on Install. It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop. Once installed it will launch Hijackthis. Click on the Do a system scan and save a log file button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad. Click on Edit > Select All then click on Edit > Copy to copy the entire contents of the log. It is very important you do this before anything else!To start please download the following programmes, we will run them later. Please save them to a place that you will remember, I suggest the Desktop:CCleanerEwido Security SuiteInstall Ewido, Update it and Scan Everything. When it finds the first infection it will sound an alarm and stop.
